Professional Training: Dates will be announced in 2021

This one-day workshop is a new approach to breast cancer prevention. Prevention should go far beyond early detection. Here is a way to do just that.

Developed by Grand Master Nan Lu, the emphasis is on practicing specific Wu Ming Qigong movements to improve energy flow through the breast area. These movements have been effective in resolving a range of breast issues including breast tenderness, calcifications, and lumps. They have also enhanced the overall health and firmness of the breast.

We feel it’s imperative to take actions to keep the body’s energy flowing freely and not wait for health scares to arise. True prevention for breast health is an active, life-enhancing process that can only be gained from a strong internal energy system and can be accomplished with astonishing ease through powerful Qigong movements. Medical Qigong practitioners, Irma Jenne and Elaine Katen facilitate this training.  Both have been privileged to study with Grand Master Lu in a unique classical internship for more than 25 years.

Next training to be announced in 2021

Seven Wu Ming Qigong movements

You will learn how to demonstrate seven Wu Ming Qigong movements. After a full day of practice, you will be asked to practice on your own for 30 days before sharing these important tools with others.

Our deepest desire is to share this ancient healing wisdom with women everywhere. Normally, Qigong movements would not be taught in such a short period of time, however, with the growing incidence of breast cancer, it is imperative that passionate people demonstrate these movements to women.

Please note, we do not consider you a Qigong instructor after this training, rather an ambassador of goodwill.

In 2006, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation funded this project which allowed TCMWF  to produce and disseminate instructional DVDs. Today we continue to offer these materials as part of our training program.

Take Action Now!

Qigong for Breast Health and Prevention is based on the following concepts.

True prevention comes from a strong energy system. When energy stagnation in the breast area isn’t addressed, and when certain conditions such as chronic stress, poor diet, and life imbalances are present, it will ultimately lead to physical manifestations of disease. These can appear as calcifications, cysts, breast lumps, etc. Self-healing Qigong movements stimulate the energy flow through the key energy pathways running through the breast area. These physical issues can then be dispersed and the internal conditions that foster them are resolved. Other lifestyle issues contribute to breast cancer prevention.  Some of those will be addressed in the training as well.
